Emily Dodge

Emily Dodge is the Project Coordinator for the AP Operations team and the Research & Impact team. Her work includes implementing a new AP supports participation platform and data collection for on-going monitoring and evaluation of Mi’s Advanced Placement and School Improvement programs. Prior to joining Mi, Emily was a teacher at Ad Prima Charter School where she was also part of the administrative data team and curriculum leadership team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Environmental Science from Allegheny College and a master’s degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
