Mass Insight’s performance development process reflects a commitment to helping each team member develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and grow. The components of our performance development program include annual goal setting, self and manager assessment against goals and role-based competencies, discussion about short and long-term career aspirations, and ongoing conversations about how Mi can contribute to each team member’s success and growth. Additionally, employees receive $500 per year allowance toward professional development program expenses or $1,500 per year toward advanced degree programs.

Mass Insight believes that time off for relaxation, recreation, and to attend to personal and familial needs is very important for the health and well-being of our team members. Additionally, refreshed and revitalized employees bring renewed energy and perspective to Mass Insight’s work. As such, team members are encouraged to use our generous holiday, vacation and personal time each year. Mass Insight also offers a number of other paid and unpaid time off allowances, including sick, parental, disability, bereavement, military, family/medical, and other personal leaves.

Mass Insight offers comprehensive and competitive health care plans for a wide variety of individual and familial participation scenarios and generous employer contributions to plan premiums. Tax-advantaged health savings accounts are also available.  Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in these plans with benefits beginning on their first day of employment. 

Mass Insight provides a vehicle for team members to accumulate financial resources for your future.  Immediately upon hire, all employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan.  Mass Insight makes a 100% matching contribution to your retirement savings on the first 3% of compensation that you contribute to the Plan. On the 4th and 5th percentages you contribute, Mass Insight makes a 50% matching contribution (4% employee contribution yields a 3.5% matching contribution and a 5% employee contribution yields a 4% matching contribution). The 401(k) plan allows for employees to borrow against their plan under certain circumstances. 

Eligible team members are automatically enrolled in our short and long-term disability plans at no cost to the employee.  Mass Insight covers 100% of the cost of these benefits.

We care about our employees’ health and well-being and recognize that employees may be faced with personal challenges. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support, counseling, as well as customized resources and referrals to help employees and their immediate families with work-life services, health information lines, and legal and financial services referrals.

Eligible team members are automatically enrolled in our group life and accidental death and dismemberment plans at no cost. Mass Insight covers 100% of the cost of these benefits. Optional additional benefits are available at the employee’s election and at the employee’s cost.
