Recruit Existing Lead Partners

The STG supports vetting and selection processes to identify Lead Partners in geographies where potential partners exist. Working in partnership with districts, we:

  • Create a recruitment process – including a Request For Proposals (RFP) – for Lead Partners
  • Identify critical gaps between current partner competencies and necessary competencies for success
  • Structure performance-based contracts between Lead Partners and districts
  • Assess future growth needs of Lead Partners
  • Create performance management structures to guide how Lead Partners will both operate with schools and interface with districts
  • Train and support district staff in the management and monitoring of Lead Partners
