Anna is an Engagement Manager on Mass Insight’s School Improvement Team. Anna has led systems-level work to help district partners in Aurora, CO and Austin, TX design and implement Transformation Zones as a strategy for school and district improvement. In this capacity, Anna has supported Zone and district leaders with identifying and securing the necessary conditions and autonomies for schools to improve and establishing systems and structures to manage Zone performance. In recent projects, Anna has conducted comprehensive needs assessments at state, district, and school levels, facilitated root cause analyses and improvement planning, and helped develop systems for monitoring and improving performance. Prior to joining Mass Insight, Anna supported multiple state education agencies to maximize funding for special education programs with Public Consulting Group. She also brings experience in root cause analysis and research. Anna began her career in education as an Education Pioneers Analyst Fellow in 2015, conducting extensive policy research and analysis to secure waivers from state, district, and bargaining agreement policies for a group of district innovation schools in Colorado. She graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a B.S. in business administration.
