At the Kentucky Board of Education meeting in Frankfort today, board members learned that Kentucky’s efforts to turn around low-performing schools are among the most effective in the nation.
National nonprofit, Mass Insight Education, reviewed Kentucky’s ability to turn bad schools into good schools, and found the results encouraging, according to the Kentucky Department of Education.
